Public Storage - Miami - 7130 SW 40th St

Cielo was extremely helpful and patient on a very bad day for me since I was going through a separation. It helped that she was sensitive though she did not know at the time. It seems she just read in me what was going on.

I always saw the great commercials for Public Storage, but didn't think I would ever need to rent a storage unit. That day happened to come, though. My world was thrown into chaos over night and I needed a safe, clean and dry place for most of my belongings. The service was amazing from my first phone call. I had an appointment set up with a sales associate within the hour. Celo found a unit that would fit my storage needs and thoroughly walked me through the process. Within the next 48 hours my unit was filled and belongings where in a safe location. I couldn't have done it better myself.

Review of Public Storage location in Miami at SW 71st AVE & Bird RD (SW 40th ST) Pros: Clean, well lit, security at all points of access, CCTV throughout Cons: Only 2 elevators, and all 3 times I've been there in the last 5 weeks one has been nonworking. Also, randomly unstaffed. One Saturday (one of their busier days), I arrived to an unstaffed front office. Furthermore, it remained closed for 45 minutes. Major inconvenience since the carts for the facility are locked up in the front office.
