I am using a storage unit for the first time and just landed here! I was received by Troy who took time to explain to me how the storage facility works, the different unit sizes. Troy also took time to show me the actual unit and how to operate the gate and the unit door and lock. I am so thankful he was here today as I got here. He keeps the place clean and picked up and answers any questions that one might have. I feel confident of the place thanks to him.

First time using a storage facility, and Tequilla provided me with the best customer service experience of my life, it won't be forgotten. She's smart, sharp, and leaves no stones unturned. I originally had an issue reserving the unit, and I was unable to get an answer as to what was wrong. Tequilla was able to figure it out, and arranged the unit on time for my arrival. How she helped me, I truly have no words! Gd bless her!!

I’m shocked at all the positive reviews this location has received. I rented a unit at this location for 1 month, and it was horrible. I’ve had Public Storage before, in both New York and Connecticut, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. If you want a place to store tools, this will be for you, if you want a place for your valuables, this isn’t the place for you. For starters, the ceiling is gross, it looks as if it’s going to fall in any minute. There’s a huge open gap between the unit door and the ceiling, so anyone can gain access to your items. I moved my items in on a Monday, I had a 10 by 10. That Friday I get a call from Troy stating that the unit I have has a second door and that I’ll need to purchase a second lock, $30, or else their temp lock will be removed and the door will be left open. I asked why was he calling me almost 5 days later, and his response was that “well I’m calling you now to tell you….”. Troy is rude and has no customer service.
