This is a great facility! I have storage for 6 years now and no complaints. I just got an additional unit for our company and Rudy was great setting us up for a climate controlled unit. Great staff!

I HAVE HAD AN A/C STORAGE UNIT AT PUBLIC STORAGE FOR 11 YEARS NOW. IT IS A VERY CLEAN, SECURE FACILITY WHERE I FEEL MY BELONGINGS ARE SAFE. THE SECURITY COMES FROM KNOWING THAT THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS DEDICATED AND CONCERNED ABOUT THE FACILITY AND THE CLIENTS OCCUPYING UNITS THERE. RUDY IS BACK AGAIN AS THE PROPERTY MANAGER IN OLDSMAR, AND I AM DELIGHTED! WHAT AN AMAZING PERSON, AND PROPERTY MANAGER - THE SALT OF THE EARTH! I've had multiple storage units with Public Storage in the past and currently, as well. The customer service that I've received from Judson at the two Oldsmar locations has been OUTSTANDING! He is courteous, thoughtful, kind and most importantly, experienced! He knows his job and truly wants to be there to help, he goes out of his way to solve any issues that may arise. Oftentimes, people today don't have the necessary customer service skills that Judson has. They don't put in the effort due to laziness or a lack of work ethic. This is not the case here. If you need assistance, Judson is your guy! A big thank you to him...he is a true gentleman and and excellent choice for a property manager.
