On November 14, 2025c Christine from Public Storage located at 10053 Lake UnderHill provided me with excellent customer service. Christine was pleasant, professional, and handled my situation with genuine care. She went above and beyond by contacting her District Manager to ensure my issue was addressed and rectified. I truly appreciate the patience and attention she provided me. It’s rare to find service this consistent and personable. Prior to speaking with Christine I spoke with three customer service reps that were not or did not want to assist me. Highly recommend!

Jasmine Is a rock star. Every time I have any questions or need help with anything she is always very kind and goes the extra mile. I’ve also noticed how clean she has been keeping the grounds and office. I don’t do many reviews but in this case Jasmine really does deserve a shot out.
