She went above and beyond to make sure I got the right unit and understood the terms. Public Storage is lucky to have her.

My interactions with the young lady named Jessica Was very pleasant. Her helping me decide what size unit to get was very helpful. She took me outside and showed me a couple units and explained to me how everything worked. She was very courteous, a very businesslike and a true professional, I would recommend this place to anyone at any time.

The storage industry is the biggest scam on the planet. Public storage has changed my price three times and I've been there for 4 months. They claim that it is a price of doing business practice, but when I open my storage unit the light doesn't work. There's nothing special about this unit to make it warrant a 20% hike three times in less than a year. This is the biggest scam I have ever come across and it's time somebody shout these people out. I don't know what it is about this industry that makes them feel the entitlement of just raising your rate changing the game as they feel fit. I'm sick and tired of this!!!!! I look on and they have a 4.9 rating BS! This is a scam!

Alisha at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful explaining the entire process of the lease. The property manager Jahaira was very professional and helped me resolve an issue I had with another location. Both of these ladies were great. Would highly recommend this location for storage and service!!
