Public Storage - Orlando - 3145 N Alafaya Trail

Did not feel safe at the location. I was the only person on site which is okay but two men appeared to “utilize” the facility and BOTH decided to urinate on the property in front of me near one of the entrances into the building with no regards. If they’re were a security on grounds especially at night, things like this could be avoided.

Noli helped my move in experience better in every single way possible, she is THE BEST!!!!!! Moving can be super stressful and a hassle, and she just helped my transition go so much smoother by being so kind and easy to talk and helped me get into my unit with ease rather than feeling even more stressed out and frantic like I have felt in the past. She is one of those people that you thank your lucky stars to meet and is an absolute ANGEL! Count yourself lucky if you have her check you in, she will make you feel so welcome and is that their store can be your temporary home away from home. She did an AMAZING job and has outstanding customer service- yaﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll need to get this girl a RAISE or bump her up to manager because of her incredible people and communication skills!!!!

The manager, Stephanie, was wonderful. Very informative and helpful. I will recommend this particular Public Storage to everyone I know.
