I rented a unit at this location and discovered extensive rodent infestation, including droppings throughout the unit and contamination of stored items. When I raised the issue, staff acknowledged rodents are a recurring issue and described routine placement of rodenticide after tenants move out. I’m currently trying to resolve this directly with the company. If others have had similar experiences at this location, I’d be interested to hear how your situation was handled. I’ve filed complaints and contacted the local auction because I talked to 4 others who were there at their units and everyone has infestations they said some people look like they live in the units also

Went a few days ago to this location to pick up a unit and the lady at the front desk was amazing! Not only she called me for an appointment to make sure she’ll be there when I showed up but also the transaction was quick and easy! She needs a raise ASAP! I can’t say this of all Public Storage places where I have horror stories but this location is a hidden gem! A++ Thank you

I had a lot of moving parts personally and was rushing. I booked a reservation at wrong location far away and I just mentally spent. On Moving day with the U-Haul I stopped at this public storage. Rosemary was the angel sent from above. She (right before lunch) decided to save me. She worked her tail off by switching my reservation to this location, the money spent thus far, and even called the location and ensured they did what they were supposed to do and kept an eye on it. It’s people like Rosemary who knew my story but she saw my eyes saw the stress and rose to the occasion and provided me service I never expected. Kind, patient, and just some of the best customer service I have ever received not in storage but in all industries. Rosemary thank you so much and thank you for being my Angel on 1/4/2026
