I reserved a unit and the property manager called me super early to wrap up the reservation on the phone and I had just woken up, I have a newborn! I told him I’ll be there at 1pm however things got complicated and I was late. I get there and this man sees me with the baby and I told him sorry I’m late I’m here to see the unit and start the process he tells me sorry he’s cleaning and going to keep the office closed for the rest of the afternoon. It’s cold outside I’m alone with the baby needing this unit trying to give them my business just to be turned away. Unprofessional & LAZY!!! I took my business elsewhere and rented with extra storage who provided excellent professional customer service!
