First time using a storage facility off site from where I live and the experience has been one of the best I have had. I was able to secure a great space in a great location. Yolanda manages the property and her customer service is top notch! I have worked in customer service for 25+ years and you know right away when you talk to her that you are taken care of and truly cares about you and the space you are renting. I could tell within 3 seconds talking on the phone she cared about what she does. In person, even better.. Highly recommend Yolanda's public storage location and she has a long history of doing this, so pick this location. It is secure and the location is very centralized. Thanks Yolanda for making it easy~~~
