Marisol was amazing! We lost the keys to our unit and normally it takes weeks to get locks drilled, which would’ve totally messed up our move. She noticed the Public Storage locksmith was already coming that day and added our request last minute—literally a couple hours before closing. She even called us after they closed to let us know the locks were drilled and put temporary ones on for us. Then the next morning she came in early, before her shift, to help us get in so we could meet the movers on time. She really didn’t have to do any of that, but she cared and made sure everything worked out. We felt so taken care of and would definitely choose this location again if Marisol is here.
