Anyone who has moved and had to put everything from home in a storage unit knows how hard it can be to leave it behind. These folks are the best at making us feel like our things will be safe. Mr. Jay always is on the lot keeping it clean taking ice-cold water out to tenants working in their units and Ms. Jody in the office always has a word of encouragement no matter how young or old she has a good word to say.

I have an autopay set up on this account. Every single time I have called due to the email every month that I have received stating amount owed and every single conversation with the owner, she said itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a new accounting system. Then all of a sudden they charged me $294 because their autopay didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. Instead of working with me, the lady at the end of the line said my lease is terminated. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m in the military and we have storage because of moving. This lady didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even try to resolve the obvious computer issues they have. The storage area have been broken into before. No cameras covering the whole lot and no gates. Their solution? Call the people leasing the units to ask if they have seen something.

Gail went over and beyond my expectations! Her customer service was exceptional, the facility was clean, well-lit, and easy to locate!
