Moving is stressful and overwhelming, and I've done it 15 times in 17 years! I'm a loyal customer of Public Storage (my locks have their stickers on them already!), but as with many things every location doesn't provide the same level of service. When I came into this location Archie was in trainee-mode, but I could tell immediately that he was going to become an asset to Public Storage. He has a natural affinity for customer service, and you can tell that he genuinely likes people. In just a few days, Teresa (the Property Manager) was out for a few days, and Archie was at the property alone. He handled an issue that I had without being freaked out or nervous. He was handling another customer when I came in, and I've been having some difficulty with my leg, but he immediately offered me a seat while he finished up with that transaction, and he didn't miss a beat! Working with him was a pleasure, and I wish him well at Public Storage! Now, let's talk about Teresa. As I said, I've had a few moves. I can say, without a doubt, that Teresa has been THE BEST Property Manager that I've dealt with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and easy-going which helps cause I was a wreck and physically distressed, so much so that I crashed my car into my moving truck during move #1! You won't find a better person to handle your move, and I know that I'm in good hands with her around. Thank you, Teresa, for all of your patience and assistance!

I received a notification at the beginning of the month that my local Public Storage facility was not able to process my monthly payment as they had for the past 3 years. I had called and spoke with the Property Manager Nora Valentine who had gone exceptionally above and beyond to help correct my issue. After calling customer service twice and receiving no additional help Nora had me come in to the facility directly by reaching out to me personally utilizing her own personal cell phone after a lightning strike had knocked out their phone system mid call that we had been on. She quickly processed my payment as well as re-registered my account. Thank you Nora! For all your help and patience as well as waking me thorough the process.
