This place is decent, climate controlled and gated. Most of the staff are friendly. Employee Lyra is always ready with a kind smile and help with any questions you may have, she is awesome! I do have a couple of issues tho. They only have 3 carts to load and unload your stuff for the whole entire place, they definitely need a few more and they close at 9PM so if you work during the week you really don't have much time to move your stuff. EDIT: They have since added 24/7 access for an extra charge so that is great moving from 4 stars to 5!

Update: upgrading from one star to 4 star. Still had a pretty negative experience here up until this morning. I spoke in person with the new managers, who seem much more competent. It became apparent very quickly that Lyra and KatieMae actually know what they are doing, and care about the property and it's tenants. They have taken my concerns seriously, and only had to be informed once of the leak (yes it is still an ongoing issue). They are already scheduling someone to come look at the ceiling and inside my unit to have it repaired. Holding off on 5 starts until the issue is fixed. Otherwise I am much happier with this new staff and look forward to the fixes they will hopefully bring about to this location. We haven't even been in our unit for a month yet, and our belongings already have mold all over them! There is no point in paying extra for the climate controlled, as the hallway is always hot, moist, and smells like cat pee. I came here to save my belongings, and now have to throw them away only 3 weeks later. I spoke to the staff and the only response they could give was to contact the insurance company. This has been a heartbreaking disappointment and not a loss I could afford. Insurance isn't a fix all.

Huge shoutout to Lyra! She was awesome from start to finish—super welcoming, genuinely kind, and incredibly helpful both when I moved in and when I moved out. She made the whole process way easier (and way more pleasant) than expected. 10/10 experience!

Is moving ever made easy? Thankfully Katie Mae at Publix storage was able to help. Me thinking I didn't have that much stuff ordered a small unit. I needed a larger one. She was able to help me get into a larger one with ease! I will be renting from here again as soon as I decide what needs to go where! Thank you so much for all of your help!!!
