Great location and excelent property with up-to-date amenities including an app with easy payment, entry and exit of he property. The property is secure. The property manager is DRE who is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have utilized storage units in the past, so I feel that I have a good baseline to compare this property to. Five stars and two thumbs up to DRE because it is him that ensures that the location as well as the unit's tentants are happy and satisfied!!!

Dre was awesome! He handled a quick transition to a new unit after finding out the one I had wasn’t locking properly. So far so good. Easy to get in an about half the cost as their neighbor.

I have a rental at Public Storage. The day I rented needed to be switched into a different unit the same day. My account shows I still have the other unit I didn’t move into and still has a charge. I went in person to get the issue resolved and Dre was so helpful. He gave me the number to someone that can fix the issue. I was also charged for 24 hr access that I didn’t need and he helped me with that as well. Besides those issues I was having trouble getting into the app. He sent me a link to reset and that worked. I have to say I have rented at Public Storage on and off over the past 8 years and Dre has been the most helpful property manager I have encountered. Great customer service and eager to resolve all issues. Thanks Dre for all your help.

I have numerous storage facilities across the southeast - but this place in particular always does what they can to keep my rates low and even more importantly consistent - too many of these other storage facilities suck you in with low intro rates only to raise them 3-4 months later!!! By that point you are kinda stuck and they will double the rent!!!!! Such a rip off!!!! Please watch out for that with other storage vendors - this location wants to keep it's customers and I appreciate that - plus the staff (Dre) is awesome to work with.
