HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, Traumatic

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD. This place is horrible. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. We only needed the unit for 3 weeks and I could not believe that in that time there was so much damage. The Гўв‚¬Е“fine printГўв‚¬Вќ in the insurance supposedly does not cover anything so it was almost a total loss to all my belongings. The unit leaked and had COCKROACHES everywhere! It was so Disgusting. I had to throw out my mattress, bedding, clothes, shoes, everything I could not wipe down. I had a one of a kind, hand crafted, canvas piece of artwork that was water damaged. All the boxes were completely infested and even though I tried to salvage what I could in the parking lot, the stuff I moved into my new apartment was infested too. It took months to get rid of all the bugs and I canГўв‚¬в„ўt believe that the insurance for the unit didnГўв‚¬в„ўt cover ANYTHING so I had to try to clean what I could or IГўв‚¬в„ўd be left with nothing. I fought with this company for months before giving up, its clear they donГўв‚¬в„ўt care. It was so upsetting, IГўв‚¬в„ўm crying just reliving the experience.

Sam was phenomenal, great service, highly recommend this facility! HOWEVER, it definitely need some basic and easy upkeep which I emailed to Sam, the manager with pictures: 1. There was a good amount of garbage and litter that needs picking up and maintained regularly. 2. Definately new fresh yellow paint on all the 4 foot faded yellow posts as well as the locker doors that are faded.

Sam helped my wife and I when we got there to be able to get our unit, lock and in such a timely manner. He was very friendly, helpful and made sure we were able to get all information we might need. Don’t normally use storage units and since we are from out of town he made the process quick and easy. Highly recommend you speak with Sam from Storage King USA, he’s awesome.

I came on two separate occasions and both Employee's were great! They let me look at several units to find what worked best for me. And then the next day leasing the unit went over without a hitch!
