It’s such a relief to finally be out of this storage facility. During the four months I was there, I dealt with constant aggravation from the office—frequent calls with no detailed messages, sometimes ten times or more per month. My lease was ultimately terminated by the district manager simply because I used a fan to dry a water leak inside my unit. Management even entered my unit without proper notice, claiming we aren’t allowed to use the power outlets—yet those outlets are installed inside every unit. If using them is prohibited, why are they there? Not once did they leave a courteous message asking me to turn off the fan or the mini fridge. Instead, I received repeated calls with no explanation. Thankfully, I’ve moved to a new storage facility that is clean, air-conditioned, and far less stressful. I strongly recommend avoiding this storage location. It is poorly maintained, and the staff consistently fails to be courteous or professional. Patrick G.

I wanna come here to say nice things because the gentleman who was the property manager really went out of his way to help me. I made a mistake didn’t measure my boat right and booked a unit that was too small. This guy was kind enough to relocate me at a better rate nonetheless thank you public storage. I have used you over the years many times your managers have always been so respectful to me, we will continue our business relationship till the day I die I’m sure.

This was THE BEST storage rental I have experienced. Belinda is so kind and courteous. She waited so patiently while my husband and I tried to park our trailer for the first time and while getting our paperwork together. She was very informative, and made sure we left with everything we needed. The facility is very clean, and secure. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to others. Timely, organized and nice. Everything you need for a satisfied customer.
