Good luck trying to get in contact with ANYONE WHO WORKS THERE❗ I'm currently renting a storage unit there and I have called several times on several different occasions and never been able to get in contact with anyone. I always leave several messages sometimes three days in a row and still no one returns my phone call or gets in touch with me. If you're planning to rent a storage unit here and you need to get in touch with someone here your best bet is to walk in, otherwise you will be sitting there for several days waiting to speak to someone over the phone or for someone to get back to you.

I’ve had a great experience using public storage over the past couple of years. Manny, the manager for this are, is so kind and helpful! Very clean and feels safe even at night time.

Clean and safe. Be aware you will be paying almost twice the rent in less than six months. Recommended for really short term.

It is an older facility so no amenities at all. Only bathroom is in the office up front. The entry doors are comparatively narrow so when you are bringing a cart through the door, your storage boxes have to be long ways which means you have to make more trips back and forth. Carts are very hard to fine, usually 1 per building if even that. The carts are old with bad wheels that make the carts difficult to push at times. The only benefit was the lower cost which has increased, for me at least, 40% in the last 18 months putting the price on par with their nicer, cleaner, larger, cart-friendly, cart-abundant, wider-automatic-door competitors. Will be moving out soon. If I have to pay that much I will go somewhere much nicer.

Pam did a great job of getting us the right unit for our needs. Pam is awesome! The facility is nice & clean and close to our house.
