Terri is a valuable asset to this establishment. I had a hard time comprehending some of the information on my account and she never once lost her patience with me or talked down to me or in any way made me feel dumb, and when I say this lady was patient I mean it, she answered all of my questions for at least 20 minutes until we both felt comfortable that I understood what was going on with my unit, she didn't rush me or make me feel like I was wasting her time at all even once. Teri also didn't give up on me when my phone had a glitch and I couldn't pick up for a series of my phone calls she was returning. Thank you Public Storage for having a real person who is knowledgeable, competent and professional representing your facility.

If your moving and you put things off last minute like I do.... I 1000% recommend public storage in venice Terri in the front desk was such a help ,literally grabbing my phone and helping with login when I was over whelmed. Terri was positive and helpful really turned my hole day around oh plus its affordable don't walk run in lol 😆
