There are much better and cheaper storage units than this place, save your mental sanity save your money and go somewhere else. I rented a storage unit here yesterday online, and then once I finished packing up the truck I realized that unit was gunna be too small. So the next day called back the to upgrade it to a bigger unit. And I got told that because I’m an “existing customer” they can’t give me the online pricing so to upgrade, it was going to cost nearly double what the rate online was. They wanted to charge me more than double the rate for a similar size unit at three other properties that I checked out. Keep in mind I haven’t even been to the storage unit, it’s been less than 24 hours since I booked it and the seal is still on. Then they charged me the whole first month and wouldn’t prorate for less than a days worth of storage that I hadn’t even broken the seal on.. I will never ever ever use this brand again. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever. Value Storage just down the street gave me the bigger storage unit size for cheaper than what this place was offering the smaller one at. What took me 30 seconds to talk to a real person on the phone over there? We’re just waiting on a hold for an hour.
