First time I met Aimee, I brought a friend, Kadie to see the unit. Amines serviced her & got her to open the storage unit. Was impressed with her customer attitude. I mentioned to her if she did have another promotion, I was looking to move. Pleasantly surprised, she did call me some months later but I couldn’t move as I had a car accident. I came back to visit in January, and Aimee was on lunch and Kelly helped me open the account. Aimee came back and actually walked me to the storage unit! Exceptional customer service!! I just had everything smoothly with this location, booking, follow up, beautiful smile and friendly Andrea and her team of Cardia. My unit is good size, price and convenient access. Thank you! I am upgrading my review on this location. I have storage for years and good experience in Lantana. This location I took because it’s 24 hrs access, close to my work. So, the door to the building locked at 10 pm automatically, few times this month but they charge me extra for the 24 hrs access. It’s very hot, it’s not 80 degrees it’s more and can’t consider it under a/c. And one more thing: no toilet and no garbage. Toilet is in office building but if you need to use it, they will not let you use it. It’s always locked even when office is open. I can’t say I am very happy with their promises from the day I moved in. Every time new people working there. Door is still not working properly.
