Normally I dont take the time to leave reviews but this time I was compelled because of the overall experience I received it was a complete nightmare. This property is infested with rodents if you have any type of allergy STAY AWAY. Don't get lured in by their crafty 1st month special you will regret it . I had an encounter with Ms. KAT which was very unpleasant someone in management needs to have her complete some customer service training . While there I received the same complaint from other patrons this must stop .This place needs to be condemned if they cannot rectify the infestation it is very unhealthy. I pray someone in corporate sees this message and actually does something this is a poor representation of the Public Storage Franchise .

This place is a rip off and it is filthy. They are not honest over the phone. I told the customer service rep I need access to a public bathroom On the premises , She said there is a public bathroom. they had no public bathroom, I was told by clients that the clients use a bucket to defecate and urine there was a lock on the door of the space I paid for . There was no body on the premises and no one was coming to assist me. I called back ask for a full refund she said no refund on administrative fee and it will take 2 days This was a huge disappointment and I had a medical emergency that caused my clothing to get soiled , I had to change clothing find a laundromat this was a high disappointment and very inconvenient
