I was really impressed by Kim. I had to wait a long time, so I got to watch her while waiting and I was so impressed by the kind way that she treated the customers. There was one man that Public Storage had taken a lot of his money, and he wasn't going to get a refund for several days, so he wasn't happy. But Kim turned that all round and he left a satisfied customer. I was also impressed by Horace. He could be my best friend. He is so good with people. I also love my new space. I don't have that much money this month, so I'm very grateful that Public Storage allowed me to move in for just $30. The place is clean, well run, and quiet. I'm very grateful.
