Ive used this location for 3 of my moves. Its a good spot, I've never had any issues with my items. My only downside is that the app hasn't been working to open the doors and gate for months now for me. I've disabled and deactivated it, uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times. Not sure why it no longer works. I will say however, Amy at the front desk is incredibly helpful and professional!! Always greets with a smile and asks how you are doing if she is walking around and doing her checks thoughtout the property. She's always been able to answer any questions I have.

This place is out of control on price increases. You can RARELY find a human on site to speak with. I rented there for a number of years and every 6 months to a year they jacked up the price over $700, it was NOT even climate controlled and they did no pest control!!! I recently rented a small unit - and all of a sudden, they increased the rate and it isn’t even one year! Will empty my things by the end of the month and be done with them!!!! Cannot recommend - unless you like throwing your money away!!!

Nikki, she was awesome great customer service. She made everything go easy and smooth and I was able to get my unit very promptly. She took her time to go over the agreement with me to make sure I understood everything I was agreeing to overall it was a great process.
