I needed to find a cheaper priced storage unit for my things. I went online and found the storage king. I made my reservation and my friend rented one as well. The office staff was very nice. The location is perfect for me and the prices were fantastic. Plan to be here quite awhile if they don't suddenly raise the price like my old place did. They lost my buisness.

Ms. Theresa took great care of us. We contacted Storage King Saturday afternoon about storing our boat and initially got general information. Theresa reach back out to us before the store closed Saturday gave us additional information which helped us with determining that are needs were taken care of. She helped complete the initial paperwork and was patient with me trying to find all information she needed. Great customer care would recommend to anyone needing additional storage.

Terrible company. I've been here for a few years. I go to open my storage doors. First one opens, second does not. Key will not go in. Someone from their company had been in because the keyhoke was in a different position than where I leave them at 12 oclock position. Lady comes out says I have to pay a locksmith to come out. I tell her its their equipment. She says no. Mind you these are the keys they gave me for the special locks they use. Never ever rent from these people .
