I stored at this location for 5 years. It went flawlessly, without a hitch. The staff there at the location were always, unfailingly helpful. Not least Melissa, who was as pleasant and helpful when I moved out the other day as she and the others have been in every other encounter I had with them. Very nice and very professional. Good people.

Pleasant to talk with

The young lady that helped me on the day I arrived for a storage unit was very pleasant and helpful. I was trying to receive the discount that was on the website and nothing seemed to be working for me in getting it. She was very patient and she never rushed me at all... even though someone else was waiting in line she was so attentive to me and allowing me to get the help I needed to be able to rent a unit from you all. Mrs. Sylvia has to be one of the nicest people I have encountered. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the amount of customer service she gave. From the smile on her face to knowing my name the second time I was there. She even brought bottled water to us while we unloaded our truck. You guys have a really good one!!

Awesome service! The process was quick and efficient. Everyone was helpful but Ms Riddhima was exceptional. She took her time to show me more than one unit and ensure that I got the unit I wanted. Thanks again

First, I don’t know who trained Riddhima in customer service, but it’s clear that she truly loves her job. This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. She is an excellent listener—patient, polite, and extremely attentive to detail—especially when recommending the perfect storage unit size. Public Storage truly has a star at this location.

Let 1st start by saying I don’t leave reviews often but due to Redimma’s amazing level of service I had to. She has been amazing. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Always positive and professional even when I chose to switch to a different unit at a different location. I wish more people would be as kind and as helpful as she was to me. Keep up the good work.

Riddhima was very sweet and helpful. I won a storage auction and when I got there she showed me how to get to my unit and gave me helpful information about the property. I really loved how clean and spacious the whole facility was. I also saw Riddhima walking around making sure everything was clean and safe (the owner should get her a golf cart) she made sure we were good then went about her day
