My company ran into a little problem this month with cutting and remitting monthly payments on time. Mihila called and was very professional about reminding us that the payment was not timely. We promptly dropped the check off. Surprisingly Mihila called to thank us for making the payment. After explaining our dilemma, Mihila was able to reduce the late fees and offered a short term reduction in fees. Unheard of and a welcoming offer. Thanks Mihila.
