I rented a unit in Decatur, paid $30, received confirmation and a rental agreement — then the next day received a “move-out receipt” for a unit I never moved into. Customer service admitted the unit was accidentally canceled but no one at the location returned my calls. After multiple attempts and getting the runaround, I requested a refund and was told I’d only receive $1 back because $29 is “non-refundable” — even though the service was never provided. The rep even hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and stressful during a move. Very disappointing first experience.

It was very clean no break ins they kept there property very clean and they always care about your well being it’s lovely there so if you ever need Storage please go to the one on North Decatur Rd you will love it there Good Team Work
