When I tell you Nekoz and Tricia were absolutely the best. I was already having a rough day moving and when I got here they made it so much easier by being so helpful and nice. Customer service is lacking in this world heavy but here they have it together ❤️. I do appreciate them so much! Whoever their manager is, they deserve a raise.

NEKOZ WAS FANTASTIC!!!! He was helpful, assistive, and openly responsive. He was caring to my concerns and not only responsive to phone calls but followed up by calling me back; especially right as I needed him. The Public Storage location at Woodberry has been exceptionally hospitable as I hurdle obstacles placed before me. And all though I was concerned about my belongings, his calm, cool, and collected demeanor helped reassure me, that #1. He had empathy for me as a person and 2. that this was his standard daily practice of providing excellent service with compassion for the Public Storage brand and clientele.
