If you’re going to Public Storage, do yourself a favor and ask for Dymond! She is that girl! Professional, patient, and always has the best attitude. She made the whole process so smooth and even had me laughing the entire time. The space was spotless and she made sure I understood everything before I signed. 10/10 recommend! Public Storage needs to give my girl a bonus because she’s out here shining like her name 💎✨

Dymond is a diamond. You don’t find honest and thorough customer service these days, especially around Jonesboro. She’s top notch and knows her business. When she sets a time, she’s on time for that appointment. Not too many storage places I’d use, but here we are! Thank you, Dymond!
