This is in regards to the property on Jonesboro Rd I think it’s either in Morrow, GA or Jonesboro, GA. If I could give the property manager Tanya 100 Stars I would. She’s a breath of fresh air. She’s patient, non-judgmental and she has a good sense of humor. When I tell you she is patient she is PATIENT. Heck I want to go to the office now just to see her because I was literally having a really bad day. And not feeling well. I had my daughter on FaceTime and I’m trying to get back into my storage. Tanya patiently worked with us helped talk us through what we needed to do and we regained access to our storage. I was feeling horrible physically but I walked out of the office with a small and actually started feeling better. It’s amazing what a little kindness can do to change someone’s day.

This morning I went to pay my bill for my unit that was scheduled for auction I was stressed out but when I walked in the door, Tanya the property manager who had a great attitude and excellent customer change my mindset. She asked me if she can help me with anything else and she immediately assisted me and turned a frown to a smile. I left out happy to recommend anyone to Public Storage.
