While there is not a whole to be said about storing items in a facility, there is something to be said about the staff. Even though you don't interact with them often either, the staff is wonderful and friendly. Last week, Traci helped me create a plan to "move out" of my unit. She is amazing when it comes to being knowledgeable about policies with Public Storage. If I have storage needs in the future and I'm still in this area, I absolutely will use this place again.

This location is the most unprofessional and unreliable place to put your stuff. Please do not get involved with this unit and the unprofessional staff unless you want threats of them selling your stuff, a poorly coded website (difficult to pay rent) , and to never have anyone at the front desk/ never have anyone answer the phone. You will never know what is going on. Please do not waste your money and time. The staff are extremely rude, unprofessional, and uncommunicative. Pretty sure the high ratings are fake because this is the most unprofessional storage unit I have ever rented with. I have spoken with others who are renting from the same location and they shared with me the same issues I am having! If you dint believe me call them, they wont pick up.
