I helped a family member move and they was having a hard time with some issues that wasn’t even pertaining to public storage and the young lady Chiquita Moxey was very concerning and helpful despite what my family memeber was going through. She was very sweet, kind, helpful, and understanding you can tell she definitely lover her job and helping others. Gladly to say PUBLIC STORAGE y’all have a excellent worker in Miss Moxey.

Mr. Curtis was so understanding in this matter. A box was left at the dumpster and I was charged $75 on my account for it and it wasn't mine. Without going back and forth Mr Curtis took the approach of satisfying a customer who still rents with Public Storage. True customer service was shown, it's a lost art in our world today. Customer service was great with Kita. I had bought my storage unit online and was trying to get moved into my unit. There are literally three public storages near each other. I went to two different ones and couldn’t gain access to entry. Kita gave me great directions to get to my unit behind Captain D’s. At first, I was stressing a little bit because like all people, I was procrastinating to get things done. But with the help of her, I was able to gain confidence and still get what I need to get done in a timely manner. I had to dial back in to realizing to take one moment at a time. Thanks Kita!

After several attempts of getting an insulation issue fixed..we set an appointment to transfer to another unit. Dez went above and beyond to make sure we received the best possible outcome. He was knowledgeable and attentive and treated me like family. That is very appreciated in these times. The 5 stars are for Dez NOT Public Storage. If it wasn’t for him..I would be cancelling my contract ASAP!
