Ms. Felicia is AMAZING!! I read the reviews for the various Public Storage units in my area and immediately came to this location because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews for Ms. Felicia. Her service did NOT disappoint. She went well above and beyond to help me select the units that suited my needs. She was also super engaging, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I’m excited to be beginning my storage journey at this location!

Customer service at Public Storage was extremely disappointing. It took forever just to complete a simple process, and the staff seemed unprepared and confused. They even had to call other Public Storage locations for help, which made the wait even longer. Very frustrating experience overall.

I did not have a good experience to begin with however, April and her manager attended to ALL of my needs and concerns and went above and beyond to fix the issue and to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I recommend this location for all your storage needs. Thank you!

Stay Away. Absolutely stay away. I've been a customer here for about 3 years and when they went fully automated with NO STAFF on site it has gone down hill. You have ZERO customer service and I have experienced misinformation about billing and be aware it's their way and you PAY whatever they seem fit. Doubling, tripling and in my recent case quadrupled SUPER HIGH fees . Read the fine print, you have 100% NO rights as a consumer and you are subject to chokehold fees and misguided misinformation about wrongful billing. If I could leave a NEGATIVE STAR rating I would. To be transparent CRYSTAL (a mgr.) did take the time to listen to my concerns but as a Busniness STAY AWAY from this nightmare, there are plenty of other storage units out there as I will be leaving as soon as possible.
