Terry and Laurie have been great to work with. I've been at this facility for about for about 2 years and haven't had any issues at all because of the team there. If there is an issue on the property they were very quick to respond and handled everything professionally. Highly recommend this place for storage purposes.

My husband used this company over 10 years ago and we decided to give them a try again. The manager, Terry is awesome! He's very kind and helpful. The price for the unit is very reasonable and the facility is clean and well managed! I would highly recommend them, if they have left!

My husband and I have been utilizing the Marietta/ Cobb parkway facility for several years now and bar none the biggest reason for our loyalty is the consistency and professionalism of Terry and Laurie. We had utilized other storage companies in the past - as we have a small business that requires additional room and space for our equipment but hands down the wonderful personal assistance and professionalism we have received from Terry and Laurie is what makes a big difference. Our equipment is secure, the storage units are well maintained and well lit, and the pricing is very fair, but Laurie’s wry fun personality and Terry’s pleasant customer oriented demeanor make all the difference! Not to mention it’s great to have such consistent staff who actually are on site during the time posted as business hours ! Unfortunately with other storage companies, that isn’t the case. Terry and Laurie are the best. Laurie let me borrow a few tools once when I was working on a car repair. Terry got all exterior lighting working. In climate control, there's been some new lighting installed. There's a focus on safety, which is important to me. If there's any issues with my unit, the issue is resolved in a timely manner. Sure it's a bit old, but I wouldn't take my storage needs elsewhere because of personable staff and secure environment :)
