Mike at Public Storage on Austell Rd is amazing! From the very beginning, Mike was extremely communicative and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When we arrived, he immediately noticed a leak in the original unit and, without hesitation, transitioned me to a different one. He handled everything quickly and professionally. Mike is incredibly kind, patient, and understanding — especially helpful since I had my toddlers with me during the whole situation. His professionalism and attention to detail truly made a difference. I highly recommend this location, thanks to Mike’s excellent customer service!

I had an outstanding experience with Jade at Public Storage! She truly goes above and beyond in her job. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel valued as a customer. This Public Storage location was a huge disappointment. When I opened my unit, I found rats and signs of infestation, which is completely unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to keep your belongings safe. I had an appointment scheduled, but I still ended up waiting 1.5 hours for someone to show up and assist me. The lack of urgency and customer service was unbelievable. Save yourself the headache and choose a different facility.

I cannot say enough about Micheal at the 3300 Austell Rd Public storage in Austell, Georgia. He is professional, attentive, and knowledgeable; the picture of customer service excellence. He took time to make sure i had an understanding of the promotion and when it could change; so I was not later surprised with possible rate changes. As a non-profit start up with limited funds, this was both impressive and appreciated. Most would just let you sign up or rent just to get the sale credit but Micheal, actually cares! He took time to show me 3 units; pointing out the features of each. Even when I was about to change to another one after we had finished, he did not shutter or show annoyance- he merely extended power to me:" it is up to you- we want the unit to meet your needs". I kept the first one; secure in knowing that i could change to the larger one or drive up unit at any time. This was a great experience and I encourage anyone to visit Micheal at Austell Public Storsge for all your storage needs and great customer service. ---L Green
