The storage facility is in a very convenient location, easy to get in and out of. The on-site staff is very accommodating. I asked them to show me a couple of the units so that I can decide which one I wanted and they were very happy to do it. Their checkout system is done via video in the lobby and you get the same rate as the online rate Sam assisted me in checking out and she was lovely. You do get a discount if you have homeowners insurance so come prepared with a photo of your declarations page. Overall, it’s been a great experience

With 24/7 surveillance, gated access, and well-lit premises, I felt confident that my belongings were in safe hands at all times. The climate-controlled units were a huge bonus, especially for storing items sensitive to temperature and humidity. Whether you’re in between moves, decluttering, or just need extra space, this facility offers not just storage — but peace of mind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to store their belongings. A five-star experience from start to finish!

I want to warn everyone about my experience with this facility. After the ownership change, I found it completely untrustworthy. Recently, my unit was broken into, and despite the presence of security cameras, they failed to provide any footage to the police. Getting in touch with someone in charge is nearly impossible, and they constantly add new fees without any notice (insurance, access). If you don’t catch these charges, you’re essentially being robbed. I’ve had to reach out multiple times for corrections, and they still get it wrong. Repairs take forever(entrancedoors, restroom), and we’re facing regular rate increases for deteriorating service. The overall climate is uncomfortable, and the technology they use is unreliable. This company is simply not trustworthy. Beware!

Even though he works in the call center, he delivered service that felt incredibly personal and above and beyond. I truly felt heard and taken care of.
