Have been with this company since before they bought out the sisters who used to own it. So, we are talking over 10 years. When they switched over to CubeSmart, CubeSmart consistently raised the rates on my 10 x 10 unit and I suddenly realized how much I was paying, which was an exorbitant amount. Spoke to management and I ended up moving all of my storage to another unit in order to lower my rate. Now, not even six months later, they have increased THAT storage rent by almost 25%. When I spoke to the manager, he basically told me that’s the way it works as all of the units are month to month, and if I don’t like the increased rate, then I should move out before the rate goes up.

At CubeSmart the experience was great. I did on line reservation and came to office and finished up. The worker were very nice and helpful. It did not take long at all. May about 10 min. The storage unit was clean. I would choose CubeSmart in Peachtree City over others storages.

I simply cannot say enough great things about Kimberly. Not only does she go above and beyond, she is highly conscientious and an all around asset to this store. Just incredible. As someone in Corporate America great employees are hard to find. Don’t lose this gem.
