I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into to lobby Midgard Storage. Edward was very personable, helpful and kind. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the process. I felt valued! Laidy was also very helpful and kind in guiding me through the process of getting my leasing documents signed. Thank you Edward and Laidy! Midgard Storage is lucky to have them both.

Edward helped with a last minute need for a trailer on the coldest day since January. I walked in at exactly 5:00pm with him and another employee having already clocked out for the day. He offered to call his manager for permission to help me, which I desperately needed. Not only did he stay past his time to help me, but he was speedy in getting us in and out. Having a piano has been a childhood dream, and today was the only day I could get the one of my dreams. Edward made that possible and covered the gap in my less than spectacular planning. Meeting Edward Rafidi the property manager at the Roswell Midgard and locating the proper unit for our needs was a great experience. Edward was professional and patient with our search for the right size and he was very accommodating taking us to tour the various unit sizes and best location. From the moment we first walked into their front office until we completed our reservation to rent a space my husband and I were completely satisfied with the entire process. He even took time to assist us with the gate code to assure we were not only acquainted with the codes assigned us but how they worked. We would highly recommend the Roswell location on Alpharetta St and working with Edward at Midgard.

Meeting Edward Rafidi the property manager and renting a unit at the Roswell Midgard storage on Alpharetta st was a great experience. Edward was professional and patient with our search for the right size unit. He assisted in providing all answers to our many questions and assisted in a tour of several units to satisfy our needs. From the moment we walked thru the front door to the finalizing of our rental agreement we were confidant in using this facility. He even took additional time to acquaint us with the different access codes and what storage floors would suit our current needs. Can’t recommend them enough. 5 stars
