1. The price has more than doubled since 2022. 2. And yet the service is worse. There is no longer a human being standing in a room, able to help you, answer questions, or sell you a lock. There is an empty cubicle with a computer that connects you to a call center. Not only is this not helpful and cold and creepy, but as a woman, I did not feel comfortable being alone in such an empty, weird space without a human witness. And when you call their phone number, you end up in a phone tree that either loops or tells you no one is available and to call back on another day. 3. My key did not work in my lock. Did they change my lock? I haven't been here personally in over a year, but the key should work. WD-40 didn't make the key work. The locksmith I called couldn't make the key work. The locksmith couldn't unlock the lock. There were no solutions from the kiosk other than 'try WD-40'. 4. They want you to download the app, so it feels like they've made getting in and out especially hard, involving pulling up to a keypad at an awkward angle and putting in a long code. 5. The property is surrounded by shady used car dealers, so the road in and out, which is one-way, is full of cars and haulers that you have to navigate around. So, you have high expenses that go up every year while service has gone way down. You have an empty, creepy place with bad lighting. You have entrance keypads that are difficult to access. You have no human help, and if you call, you can't reach anyone. You have a shady area that is challenging to get in and out of. 0/10, no stars, would not recommend. I hate this place. Also, look at this photo. It looks like a place where you're going to get murdered.

I had a great experience getting my storage unit. Everything was easy and Denise was extremely helpful with answering any questions and getting me ready to move in super big thank you to her!!! Would definitely recommend
