I don’t always write these but Austin was a huge help getting me to my unit I got in auction this week. Great conversation’s and knowledgeable about the process and helping all while cleaning out a unit right next to the one I won. Awesome dude great job public storage and thank y’all

Vacated my climate controlled unit and found rat feces all over my belongings. There was also a hole in the ceiling where the rats had come through. I called to tell the property manager and see if there was anything they could do for me since all of my stuff was covered in this. I had been renting a unit for almost two years. She said no, and proceeded to charge a service fee claiming I had left boxes behind (which is false). I was then hung up on by the property manager. When I called back I was told to contact corporate and told to google the number when I asked for it. I was then hung up on a second time.

Big mistake renting from Public Storage, 12315 Largo Dr 12315 Largo Dr., Savannah GA. No we didn't pay for their insurance but who would think that our items would get wet TWICE from their faulty AC units leaking water into the corridor? Lots of rat droppings as well. Had to throw away a perfectly good king mattress and box springs. UPDATE: every box on the floor was wet. Ruined art, family photos and furniture. Basically we were paying Public Storage $300 a month to ruin our stuff. Climate-controlled obviously doesn’t mean water right.

Ms Dalainey was so sweet and patient with me although, I got frustrated she still continue to be patient. I was trying to get a parking space for my dump truck and I kept getting the runaround at the Savannah Chatham Parkway location. Miss Dalainey made sure that I had a parking space, she gave me my pin immediately, and she also refunded me from the other location. Thank you, Mr. Dalainey for all your hard work and patience. FYI I love this place because I know my truck is secure at all time and I haven’t had any problems so far.
