I had a wonderful experience moving in. The phone app was easy to use to get through the gate. I checked in with staff and they were super friendly and helpful. They took the time to walk me to my unit. The unit was spotless and the facility is clean. It is climate controlled, great hours, and great location from downtown Savannah.

Where to start… DO NOT rent here!!! We arrive from out of state after business hours. We went to the elevator closest to where my unit was supposed to be located and it was out of order. We went to the other end of the building and thankfully, but not for long, that elevator was working. After spending about a half an hour walking through the whole building trying to find a cart. We finally found one. Our second load in the door on the elevator, jammed more than halfway shut with my guy, a cart of stuff, and another load upstairs in the vestibule all stuck. I contacted the management number got no answer, talk to Customer service customer service and they have no help. After 20 minutes still no response from management. All stairwell door doors were locked with no access. We were finally able to pry the door open and after that it was nonworking and we had to use the stairs. All in total we were at the unit five times that first time was the only time we were able to find a cart. Four of the times were during business hours, but the front door to the office was locked. I was unable to hand my lock in that I didn’t even need to get my $20 discount. I will never use this storage company ever again. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with one. To top it off the girl at the front desk wanted to argue with me when I told her we’ve been there for five times and that there was never management there.

Andrea was great, her bubbly personally via the call and when she saw me moving in, she made sure to speak as she was headed to another task. Thank for making what can be very stressful, an easy part of my day.

This place has only three flatbed to serve what looks like well over 100 units if not more. The lady at the front desk was definitely not helpful n gave an attitude instead of giving a solution when I inquired about the flatbed. The unit was nice n clean, but I can't seem to understand why charge so much yet still people are being inconvenienced because there is nothing (flatbed) to put their luggage on. Careless I believe.

This property has only one working elevator, the stairwells are locked, and the smell is absolutely horrible. Each and every time we've come, there aren't any carts available, so it ends up being multiple trips from the elevator at the end and walking all the way to our storage unit.
