Terrible experience!!! 😡😡😡I won the auction. And for 2 days I haven't been able to pick up my things. Yesterday they called me at 1 pm that they were closing and I needed to come tomorrow at 9:30 am. They would be open. I arrived at 10:40 am and have been standing in the parking lot for an hour waiting for someone to show up at the work station. There are 5 more cars parked and waiting. We called the worker, he said he would be there in 40 minutes. That time passed, but no one showed up. I'm standing here and waiting, I can't leave. Because I drove here for an hour. I asked my mother to come for 2 hours to watch my children. But now everything is not going according to plan. This worker is very irresponsible. I will find out her name and will definitely write it here. Why does the website say the office is open, but in fact it is closed?????!!!!!!

Came here just to inquire about a pricing of a small unit and the pm Mrs Dora was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite while going over the information I was looking for. If anyone needs a storage unit I highly recommend this location due to I know the pm has to be exceptional good at her job just by our conversation. Wish I could give 10 stars
