I’m only giving the 5 stars for Victor. Because when I tell you I been getting the run around from the other people who was there while he was out. He came back and made sure my situation was fixed the same day. I’ve not been able to get into my storage for 6 months did everything they asked and NOBODY did anything. Until today when Victor called me listened to everything that I was dealing with will he was out of the office. I appreciate him for actually doing his job and making sure his customers are helped and satisfied with the service. That man needs a raise if you ask me. Thank you again Victor !

I'd Just like 2 Give some PRAISE to MS DEBBIE @ MONTREAL RD. location for taking so Great Care for me throughout the years of my stay @ this location! Just Recently I had an Increase in my Monthly rent as it usually Steps up Every so many Months but for some Reason my Monthly payment on the 1st didn't Include the $15.00 Insurance in which it NORMALLY includes this amount in the Payment🤯So I reached out to Ms.Debbie Only to give me a Number to Corparate.......not only did she Rectify my issue she gave me a PERK on my account th@ will HELP me for the 1st half of the NEW YEAR2026🙌🎬I APPRECIATE your Efforts and the Outstanding Service you Give us MS DEBBIE @ MONTREAL RD. Unfortunately, I have not had a great experience in attempting to request assistance with accessing my storage unit. I originally planned to vacate on Sat, October 25th and received a call from the property manager who informed me of the steps. When I realized the keys for my particular unit were not in my possession, and I contacted the property manager again for assistance, I was told that they do not perform lock cutting services, and I would have to pay for a locksmith who was insured. Shortly after being informed this, I reached out to Public Service Customer Service (chat agent) who shared this was a service they offer and they would put in a note for the property manager to contact me back. Then I received a call back from the property manager stating that they do in fact perform lock cutting services and would require a form to be filled out in person. I inquired if one of my authorized users could complete the form on my behalf, to which I was told “Yes,” and we arranged for an in-person appointment at 10AM on Wed, Oct. 29th. Unfortunately, the property manager was not on-site at this time and unresponsive despite waiting for 30 minutes before leaving. I look forward to receiving a callback from the District Manager, but this communication has been frustrating and led to wasted time. I cannot recommend this storage facility to others at this time.

I stopped by just to shop around for storage units and ended up having such a solid interaction that I genuinely felt compelled to leave this review. The representative I spoke with (Tequila) was not only knowledgeable but incredibly patient and attentive. She broke everything down clearly—from pricing to unit options to the security measures in place—and made the entire process feel effortless and stress-free. What stood out the most was how professional yet personable she was. she wasn’t pushy, didn’t rush me, and actually took the time to answer every question without making me feel like just another number. That level of service is rare these days. If you’re looking for a storage facility where they treat you with respect and actually know their stuff, start here. Highly recommended.
