Having used the Ewa Beach Public Storage over the past 10 years, I only have the highest regards for Wayne and his team. They provided consistent, courteous, and resourceful solutions for every issue I encountered. The facility was always clean and secure. The availability of large platform carts, an on-site restroom, and air-conditioned lockers was much appreciated. Security was guaranteed with gated entry and exit, multiple security cameras, strict curfew application, and scheduled personnel inspections. Mahalo Public Storage for keeping my goods safe and in perfect condition over all these years!

Five stars for Public Storage Ewa Beach-great location, easy app access, clean and very well kept. Mostly everything you need regarding Public Storage can easily be accessed through their excellent app., from renting a unit to setting up auto payments and more. I have been very pleased with the online service, and up until now I haven’t had to speak to anyone in person regarding my account…However, I recently received an email that my storage fees would be increasing for the second time in less than a year. I didn’t want to down size my unit but realized that I may have to, in order to afford the payments. So, I placed a cheaper unit on hold to move to and went into the office to speak to someone in person regarding my situation. Wayne was awesome! He listened, pulled up my account, explained about the increases, cancelled the unit I had on hold and reduced my rate for the next 3 months. Wayne, I appreciate you! Thank you for being so pleasant and very professional. Have A Blessed New Year!

I was told there was a promotion where I’d pay the first month and get the next two months free, but that’s not what the TEXTED contract sent actually reflected. When I called about it, the response was basically that it’s my responsibility to read and understand everything before signing. While technically true, in reality I missed what was on the contract cause I trusted the name "Public Storage," and the person on the phone not to mislead me. The whole situation was more like a “gotcha” moment rather than customer service. Furthermore I was told “the price CAN go up as demand goes up and you can get a 30 day notice” Since it's a month to month rental situation it can change, was their implications! Move-in wasn’t great either. An employee’s car was blocking access to my unit while I struggled to park, and I later saw on the office monitor that he had been watching the whole time before finally moving it after I went in to see if there was anyone to move it. Overall, the experience was misleading and very deceptive! Read every detail carefully and expect NO flexibility if issues come up! There's something to be said when another customer had pay issues a month ago and that review is buried under old reviews when looking at most relevant!? *(Update: On this day I investigated this particular review had been take down; this is how I found Mr. Pospisil!?)..... I just changed my rating after further investigation a Mr. Pospisil faced these same unscrupulous business practices a year ago?! I think he's right they're probably counting on the inconvenience to move out to hike the prices! How can anyone gauge "demand" except the owners? One last note, despite the name on the outside it's still feels like renting from one of those shady mom and pop Storages the kind with "the sliding scale!!" Trust is huge in these situations! *After re-reading my review I resolve to update this post till the end of my stay here good, bad or ugly!
