Bishop was very helpful explaining the process and all the different sizes they have available. This facility is top-notch, the locks are electronic and used by an app, super state-of-the-art.

Extremely nice facility, secure units. Wouldn't recommend using the facility bathroom to go to the jacksons across the street. It's nice to be able to use your phone to access not only the entrance but your unit via the app. I will say the only con to the state of the arc lock system is that sometimes it has trouble connecting to your app via Bluetooth, and you need wifi or data to access it, in some areas you might have a poor signal making it mildly difficult for your app to connect. The bathrooms are maintained by the facility staff, which are only there probably 3 days a week, but then you have the people who don't clean after themselves and leave a disgusting mess.

Once I figured out all the Bluetooth door locks, this place is perfect! Could use a couple more carts sitting around to wheel items from the car to the storage room.

Bishop did a great job helping me rent a storage unit over the phone. He was efficient and had great customer service!! He assisted me in signing the documents online and he was very professional!!
