They have mice and rats in their units and now all of my belongings are ruined. And I pay for the extra protection on the unit, but in the fine print, it states you will not cover anything over $500 due to rodents. You’ve ruined more than $500 worth of things by not keeping your storage units exterminated or at the very least warn your renters that they will be dealing with the mice on their own because you won’t do anything about it. I mean, you could at least give us the opportunity to choose whether or not we want rats running our belongings or not. Here is an image of just one tiny spot of tons of mouse poop and this is one EVERYTHING in my unit. I would give you negative 5 stars if I could!

Ive been in the process of moving, all star movies and storage star have been my go to guys. Fair prices, awesome people, they are PEOPLE I trust who've I relied on. Not just moving, not just storage but definitely a group of people I trust with my belongings. Ive rarely had a company that I trust or rely on but they are dependable and reliable. Called many places and this one had a very prompt callback. The manager was very informative and the price was a fantastic deal. The property is nice and secure, with convenient access. On the first day of moving in, the manager helped me find the unit and also punched me in a few times to save me time on my multiple trips. What great customer service I highly recommend Storage Star ⭐️

After making several calls (many unanswered) and being thwarted by bad websites and limited availability at multiple other storage facilities, I finally found Storage Star. Not only was I able to see their availability and reserve/rent online - but when I called them to verify some details, a human (Jed) actually answered the phone and was beyond helpful. He was able to immediately and easily take care of everything for me, and even left me a lock by my unit. Literally couldn't have been more of a night and day difference in service from the rest of the experiences I had today. Very impressed so far and am genuinely looking forward to renting from here. 10/10 would recommend.
