I’ve been a long time customer of this storage place since before it became storage star and at first I was skeptical of the new ownership but they have proven to be one of the best storage facilities I’ve ever worked with and Jackie the manager at this one is amazing! She’s caring and takes the time to listen when you need help with your unit(s) working with you to find a solution that works for everyone. Every time I’m there she’s out working hard making sure that the place is clean and taken care of and all units are locked and safe! Prices are a little high but you can’t beat the security, peace of mind, service and friendliness that you’ll get here! Highly recommend!

Overpriced and Frustrating Experience I would not rent here again and wouldn’t recommend it. In just over a year, my rent was increased three times — nearly doubling. During that time, the facility changed ownership to Storage Star, and service noticeably declined. The gates frequently malfunction, making it difficult to access your unit. Many times there’s no one available at the desk when you need help — especially when you’re stuck outside trying to get in. Under the previous ownership, the gate app worked with minimal issues. After the transition, tenants were not informed that a new app was required. We found out only when the old app suddenly stopped working. Even after downloading the new app, access issues continued. When I finally decided to vacate after the third rent increase, I called to give notice. The representative I spoke with, Jaquie Owsley, was extremely rude and even laughed when I explained I was leaving due to the repeated price hikes. Completely unprofessional. Also be aware: they do not prorate rent if you move out early, so you lose any unused portion of the month. I recommend shopping around before committing here. And if you do rent, take detailed photos or videos of your unit when you move out to protect yourself. Don't bother calling the number they provide; how concerned they are. You will get AI asking you to submit your information rather than talking to a person.

My rate was $69.00 a mount, then you took over as new co. You raised this small unit 5×10 .. $101.00 a mount. California prices in Idaho don't fly. Good by . I'll, never recommend you.
