Came on property and talked to the PM Tina, she answered all of may questions I needed answered, she was very knowledgeable. I will be using PS again. Everytime I go into the office Tina is so friendly. She doesn't rush me out the door and she always answers my questions if I have any. She is always a Pleasure to talk with when I come to pay my bill.

Everytime I go into the office Tina is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. She has never been upset or anything like that when I go in there. She always answers all my questions and she is a very Friendly Manager. Will definitely tell my friends and family to go to this location to rent. The Property is always so clean!!!

Long time customer,the service has gone up exponentially in price while service is terrible. Can watch the horrible management decisions driving up prices and destroying any "customer service" that may have occurred in past. You can guess how bad the experience is to get me to actually take the time and effort to post this. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY AND OVERCHARGED! Read some reviews and they are obviously fake. The office on site was closed several years ago and staff only occasionally present and locked in inaccessible area. Tina did try to help me with a issue several years ago but was stopped by property manager.

Talked with Tina Today about some questions I have about getting a unit. She is very patient and knowledgeable about all aspects of Public Storage!!! She answered all my questions and some I didn't know I needed answers too. When I'm ready to Storage next month, I will definitely coming here to Storage!!!!
