Workers are on property doing some work and the allocation she needed to get to was a car parked infront I witnessed her professionalism as well as respect didn’t want to have my father walking long distance. I came into this location on the 12/24 to pay on another storage unit for my Los Angeles storage unit, Betty was amazing she knocked off my late fees & other fees, she got my balance down to nothing!! I was so shocked and surprised that she was able to do that I’ve never had any assistance before at any other location to help me like that Betty is awesome & i appreciate her service and she was such a pleasant women!!
