Diamond at the Public Storage on 36th and Ashland in Chicago deserves a five-star review for her outstanding customer service. I arrived just as the location was about to close, and Diamond went above and beyond to help me. Instead of turning me away, she was incredibly patient and took the time to ensure I had everything I needed to get my items safely into storage. Her kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and willing to help, especially at the end of the day. Thank you, Diamond, for making my experience so seamless and positive. I highly recommend this location and especially the wonderful service provided by Diamond.

The office attendant Diamond was so pleasant and helpful, not only in person, but over the phone as well. She was very understanding and accommodating as to what My needs were and Me finding the perfect location for them

The rent tripled in a year. I decided to leave before the next rent increase. If you visit this place in person, the service is excellent (thanks to the staff), but if you need to contact tech support, the central office service is terrible. I called tech support several times before they checked my storage and closed my account. Perhaps this is an exception, but this is my experience. A three-star rating for the office staff and the equipment/apps, which are user-friendly and work well. Otherwise, I'd give it one star.

I must commend Diamond! Her customer service is top notch! She is well versed in company policies and offers clarification, when appropriate. I appreciate her skill set with regard to listening to issues and suggesting invaluable solutions. She is a value added asset to the Public Storage corporation!
